"uploads" Folder

What does this folder do?

This folder contains all files uploaded by users and administrators using the upload forms in the administrative area. For example, when a user uploads a photo of an item that photo is saved to this folder.

This folder may also contain subfolders containing the photo or logo of each user. For example, when a user with a "peopleID" of 234 uploads a photo or logo to be associated with their user account, a subfolder named "234" is created and their file is saved to that new folder.
