Introducing 20/20 DataShed

20/20 Applications, of Saskatchewan (Canada), released "20/20 Real Estate v1.0" in February of 2002 and has focused its efforts on ASP application development since that time. With "20/20 Real Estate" and "20/20 Auto Gallery" as flagship products, 20/20 Applications has been recognized among the popular ASP resource directories as leaders in the small and mid-sized real estate and automotive online marketplaces.

"20/20 DataShed" inherits some of its structure and behaviour from the "20/20 Real Estate" and "20/20 Auto Gallery" although its source code is entirely new with significant improvements over the previous generation of products.

"20/20 DataShed" marks a significant move by 20/20 Applications to provide web developers and online businesses with a powerful, simple, and flexible database application to manage online content and inventory. This product is capable of adapting to many different business models including (but not limited to) those in Real Estate and Automotive marketplaces.

This documentation is divided into the following sections:

• Getting Started. Provides introductory information about 20/20 DataShed. This section includes an explanation of important concepts, server compatibility, installation, and where to find more help when you need it.
• Using 20/20 DataShed. Provides information and step-by-step guides to help you use 20/20 DataShed.
• For Advanced Users. Provides information about important files, how to extend the basic functionality of 20/20 DataShed by utilizing the inherent features of each file or interface, and describes the "tokens" that are available when customizing or translating the product.
